Baghouse Fines Recycling

What are Baghouse Fines?

When manufacturing powder coatings, during the grinding process you utilize a cyclone to separate the majority of the ground powder from the air going to the dust collector/baghouse.

These fine particles (Baghouse Fines) can total between 1.5% - 7% of your yield. Traditionally these fines are landfilled, but this material can in fact be recovered and recycled.
